I really like Afleet Alex but I loved, loved Closing Arguement. I just loved the fact that he hit the board in all of his races and was dead game. While it wasnt on this board, on the other board that I was posting on at the time, I made them sick of hearing his name.
And freaking Giamaco, cost me the tri AND super. I didnt have him in the 1st spot, only 2nd, 3rd and 4th. I did make money because I had C.A. across the board, and my bestfriend, who was a first time bettor, became a horse racing fan for life as C.A. was racing to the finish line. But boy, the tri and super would have been, in TVG speak, "A Life Changing Payoff".
Did I mention freaking Giamaco......hehe But I was happy for Mike Smith.
