The track looked terrible on HRTV, however Millie Ball and Stevens still differ to the bad weather. Why isnt the track being discussed? They brought up 2 times in the last 10 years when SO Cal cancelled racing, once in 05, and once back in the 90s.
BTW it is a disgrace. The track is a disgrace, the propaganda is a disgrace, and the lies are a disgrace. Why doesnt the CHRB step up and apologize to the trainers, owners, and fans.
