Second night in a row for this? Aqueduct is on Jamica Bay. It sits empty for over 7 months. It is going to be full of sea gull crap and rust as a result.
As hard as it may seem to believe, they do employ cleaning crews, maintenance crews, painting crews, etc. and while the place may not exactly be the Hope Diamond of Queens or even a shell of it's former self, It is more than presentable come the opening day of the meet.
