Jones being gone is obviously hurting like hell. Benson has been running okay, but he's simply not capable of breaking runs like Jones was.

I think Jones is very good. But he was underpaid and going into his last year at $2.5 mil and the Bears guaranteed Benson something like $18 million. So they got stuck there and were probably smart to get what they could for Jones.
Do you think they'll bench Rex? It will be interesting. TB let Griese go instead of signing him to back up Chris Simms. And Miami cut Griese loose in favor of Jay Fiedler. Scary stuff.
