While I don't think it was a putover in the least, it really does seem ridiculous that that so many ticket would come in correct when the horse was such a longshot. Basically, it just sucks to be the one sitting there with a P-3 ticket and no win money on that one.

Unlike the horse who won the first at Mountaineer by 3 lengths and paid $195 to win.
