I look forward to the weight reduction. The old one that I moved all the way over here and carried up stairs while it was diggin into my fingers is really awkward and after I get it here
it doesn' work
I hadn't had cable in years and now I know that it don't work with cable even though it is cable ready
I ordered digital cable with the Horse Racing Channel
so.. time for a new TV
one thing that bothered me is the Samsung next to it looked better. While the numbers tell you that the Sharp is better. 10,000 to 1 contrast vs only 8,000 to 1 for the Samsung and 1080p vs 700+ something.. I can only wonder if it was something they did to the display model.
Spending $1,000+ for a TV is really difficult for me. I want to be sure. I can't see this TV anywhere other than Circuit City
Anyway.. the positive comments are reassuring
maybe next month
if I can stand it for that much longer.
