he's still running his four year old in the race, so it's not safety. really makes no sense to me. he's got a track that favors closers, and a three year old who is a closer. if it was safety, he'd scratch all of them, right? mentions in the article that another horse came back tired (aren't they all tired after a race?) and i guess he wants something a bit easier on tiago. easy to blame it on the track tho, the current whipping boy in cali. |
saying he is "not handling the track" is the same way as saying I have a colt here worth 10 million bucks and I am not about to take a shot on this stuff, ap excellent who is a dog **** horse is worth the risk. He has owners so he still has to run, but can you tell me why he has not run a single two year old, and he has a barn full, and only 2 dirt horses to date?
