Carothers - Monmouth
Dude is such a clown. While I am not a fan of most TVG people and can see how people think Carothers is annoying, he reminds me of a less funny Kenny Mayne. I enjoy both of them very much. Carothers has a little bit of a clue regarding handicapping also.
