i didn't say he should've been DQ'd. i said he was lucky not to have been DQ'd. to be more specific, he was very very close to causing a foul....yes, in the derby and yesterday in the dandy.
he's either reckless or not very bright. he should know that street sense starts looking for the rail as soon as he gets by a horse (especially when being whipped right-handed). and yet he continues to whip him right handed.
