It's terrific. Does anybody know how the Saratoga attendance was today compared to previous years?
If only they would show more racing on national TV, they would indeed gain a wider audience as people could follow particular horses. That means more people going to the track to see their stars in person. The racing industry has always seemed to shoot itself in the foot, never noticing how being
the national sport slipped away via neglect over the years. Horse racing never pursued TV aggressively, and now it's virtually gone from even newspapers ....
