Well, Bonds stands at 749 now, Aaron's 755 will fall soon, the question is will Bonds play next year? He wants 3000 hits and stands at about 2892/3 now, I don't see him getting over 100 more hits this year so he may well play next year yet. If so, he could come close to 800 home runs. By year's end, A-Rod should have about 515/520 and will turn 32. He will surely play 8-9 more years provided his health holds...280 divided by 9 equals about 31 per year...seems likely!
