I remember Loach being purchased as a rabbit for Strike the Gold ( that was incidently the purchase that paved the way for Richard Lundy going to jail I believe ) and he finished second to Alydeed in the Carter. However, he was also a pretty talented horse and was
not running in the Carter as a rabbit.
