You're wrong. Giuliani is not an idiot or a liar. He is an idiot and a liar.
He will say absolutely anything whether it is truth or lie. He's an idiot for thinking people are stupid enough to buy his bs. If that's not enough his campaign is paying his ex-nurse wife $15,000 a month for helping to write his speeches. That alone makes him an idiot. He's also said he will have his wife attend cabinet meetings. He's an embarrasment.
