Very true! Joey P was very good at age 3, Perkins took over last year and he didn't run very well. Yesterday was his 2nd race since undergoing "throat surgery", something that I had heard but forgotten, although I still ended up playing him. I thought that the change from Costa to Perkins would improve him, perhaps this year that will be the case.
