I didn't see this thread before the race so couldn't back you up then, but I took Pine Island in the Public Handicapper contest for this race. This filly was bred especially to run at Belmont by the Phipps family. If you saw her, she is one of those tall sorts that stand over a lot of ground and has a big, long stride. And she is out of a full sister to Pleasant Home, et. al. She WILL win the CCA Oaks.
