There must not have been any interest in him at the Ocala Feb Two Year Old Sale. They would not have withdrawn him if there was a lot of interest being shown in him. His conformation must have turned people off. There was nothing wrong with his workout at the sale. He worked fast and he moved well. I liked the work. I bet on him first-time out.

I don't think they'll have any problem selling him now. They can probably get somewhere between $100,000-$200,000 for him if he passes the vet.

With regard to the Hold That Tiger filly, I thought she moved alright but she was on her left lead in both workouts. I don't like horses who are on their wrong lead. I've found that a very high percentage of horses that are on their wrong lead at the sale, also run on their wrong lead once they start racing. Sure there have been a few great horses who run on their left lead, but very few. In the last 5 years, I can't think of one good horse that runs on his left lead. There may be one or two that are slipping my mind, but there aren't many. I certainly would not buy a horse that is on their left lead at the sale.
I too think PM could possibly bring that kind of money...only thing that scares me off is the Baffert/McKathan brothers connection...why wouldn't Baffert have bought this colt privately? I guess that answer might be pedigree and distance issues for his kind of program...but...........
