Anybody else kinda surprised by the article in DRF today outlining

1) 10 year suspensions and 2) Outlawing the brother-in-law practice of having a suspended trainer out sourcing their horses during a suspension.

Lets see what happens the first time the standard is applied and where the line on "true blood doping" and therapeutic medications at inconvenient times really is.
