Holy shiat...I've been watching some of Deep Impact's races on YouTube. I'd heard about him but had never seen him run before -- I don't think I've ever in my life seen a horse obliterate the competition like that.
Is this what we mean by a deep closer, or is he something else?
Seriously, to this amateur, this horse looks like the best runner I've ever seen. Where does he rank in comparison to other all-time greats with whom we're more familiar?
Wow, I wish I could see him run in person!
