cruz is a decent jockey. he may not be in the elite, but he certainly isn't a throw-out. only 10% at GP, but 20% for the year from a very large sample. he is patient and strong. and you can even get some value with him.( avg win payout $16.33 ) during the weekday's he is very playable.
