Both he and that pretentious guy who calls himself John G. Dooley could give aspirin a headache.
I actually enjoyed a few of Stauffer's big race calls---however, he can be unbearably annoying sometimes.
For example, loudly proclaiming that Azeri has "the speed of Ruffian, the class of Lady's Secret, and the heart of Personal Ensign!" while she was beating Tropical Blossom by two lengths----that was a little over the top if you ask me.
