If so, you've got to get your facts straight, they were arrested in Cheney, home of the Eastern Washington Eagles... but the Eastern players swear they wern't partying with Heytvelt & Davis... It was just an imaginary quote by a 'shroomed out Heytvelt or Davis. Even if the arrest was in Cheney, my guess is they've been zooted in Spokane before. Dammit, you know just how to screw up a joke!
