Thats what was promised when this surface was laid down. Its supposed to be the same ALL the time, and require no upkeep. Im implying the track isnt as advertised, any buffoon can see that. Not saying you are a buffoon, but its obvious this track is nowhere near what it was sold as.
Aqu inner is a better winter surface than TWP poly.
