To get to the point, Artie Schiller (the man) passed on Monday morning. Artie led a great life, and was loved by everyone. He was at every single race that the horse ran in, and was also a great racing fan. I spoke to his wife tonight, and she told be that he is going to be burried with his "Artie Schiller" hat from Horse Hats in his coffin.

Thats sad to hear. When I lived in Bay Shore in the 70s I used to go to his Southside Hotel to have a few. He was a gentleman. KP
