Lets get back to the original topic.Yesterday i went to the store and asked to speak to the store manager.I explained to her what transpired in a RESPECTFUL manner. She agreed with me 100% and asked me what time i was there so they could go to the surveilance tape.I gave her my card with my cell phone number.Guess what i just got off the phone with the general manager who thanked me 10 times, and said he had spoken to those employees. He then asked me what could he do for me and i said that just you calling back was enough. That wasn't enough for him so he said to let him know the next time we're coming in.People i'm been in sales for 25 years and if you don't think that constructive criticism isn't important for business you're dead wrong. In fact the best customer in the world is the one who does have a valid complaint, because all he's doing is telling you i want to do business with you. When the customer stops talking that's trouble.
