Do you regularly donate funds to these rescue's you want them to go to?Most rescue org's cannot handle the horses they have,and getting even more will be a very troublesome burden,since this EMOTIONAL bill/law authorizes NO funding whatsoever for the rescue's to take on all these horses.WHat needs to be done is for a workable solution to happen with MONEY,not just some political statement saying ban all slaughter.
