A prominent trainer agrees with you Freddy. Wind and time between races (and amount of watering) appeared to make the track dry and cakey. The 2nd went off at 11:36a. They then ran turf-tapeta-turf-turf-tapeta-turf before the Inside Information at 3:19p.
