JB on both accounts and yes we can make the deep dish Chicago style pizza work. I don't prefer it but hey we're off to Illinios. I'll call my friend Vini Spinnazola, part of "The Family", there and we can use their ovens . . .of course if they're not being used for anything else, pray tell..
