When I was living in Florida
central AC was a requirement to survive
The Humidity down there
Could Drop A Dragon
Which is probably why you never see one
But out here in Colorado we have NO Humidity
Plus living 6000 feet elevation
West facing home in the Foothills
NO Fleas On Pets !!!
I do not even have an air conditioner
I have ceiling fans in all the rooms
And my lower level feels like air conditioning
With 90% Below Ground
3 Rooms have Ground Level Windows
