I don't get the Chief Officer sale - she could dominate restricted stakes company in NY...Hasn't raced since 'Toga and could have made a nice piece of change between BEL and AQU as a 2yo. There must be something wrong with her and Zayat trying to get something out of her as a broodmare prospect.
