You guys have got me confused about this now. Haven't seen it happen in a while, but I think what happens if both horses of an entry finish first and second then the horse that finishes first is the winner, but they skip the part of the entry that finished second and move down to the third place finisher for the exacta and even the fourth place for the tri, but surprisingly, I haven't seen this happen in awhile and what I am saying may be wrong. I would bet that RQ knows this and maybe he will chime in.
