Yeah, it's a long day not just handicapping but scoring. But it's all good and fun. I used to have tickets every year for Oaks day and would arrive at Churchill before the first race. By the end of the day I was exhausted. Would spend Derby day at Keeneland for their wonderful buffet and it was a lot of fun. Have to admit, again, was exhausted by the end of the day.
I think what makes it so bad is how they extend the time between races later in the cards. Just keep it at 30 min. But I know they extend the time to bring in more betting money. Still, ugh.
Also, as is tradition, a KY Derby glass will be awarded to the Points Contest and ROI winners.
