He does, but what I dont understand is he seems to not give any influence to the dam. Maybe the speed inheirted to PC offspring is coming from the Dam. He used Pleasant Tap as an example. Maybe PT got his speed from Never Knock. I am thinking unreasonably or am I missing something here?
