The 9 is Melbourne Cup winner Cross Current in the paddock before he made a triumphant return in the Dubai Gold Cup.
The 7 is the champion Japanese filly Almond Eye who just crushed in the Dubai Turf. Huge delegation of her fan club made the trip to cheer her on.
