Actually the concept of LOSING an Hour Of Sleep is not really true
~ ~ ~ Here is an example of why not

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

If you go to sleep at Midnight and normally get up at 8 am

* Just DO NOT CHANGE your clock the night before!

* Simply do your normal routine, get up at Normal time THEN CHANGE CLOCK!

Thus, still sleeping the same number of hours you normally do!
