I don't know where you are getting this. This article doesn't mention anything about "tax credits or other bribery".

Than it does following the same, tired, broken, failed polices of the current administration (Stimulus much?)..
It only mentions that they were in the final throes of leaving for Mexico and had returned the state tax credit they received from Indiana.
For the record he has
always maintained that the corporate tax rate in this nation is ludicrous and will lower it to 15%-20% to encourage similar actions from other companies that are being driven out of here in droves by the current administrations failed trade policies.
