DEL MAR

PRE-SCRATCHES

3rd: MSW, F&M-3+, 8.5f-T (P6, P3, DD)

$103k C/O starts here..

Very tricky start to the sequence which should amass a very large pool. Beyond the obvious Untouchable U (7-2) and Gift of a Star (6-1), Tap Dancing (12-1) & Rue de Cry (15-1) look poised for improvement..

Most Likely: #6 Untouchable U 7-2 5th

7th: 33rd Hollywood Turf Cup (G2), 3+, 12f-T (DD)

Outstanding edition of this with major players The Pizza Man (5-2) and Up With the Birds (4-1) your garish foundation with Ganesh (8-1), Texas Ryano (10-1) and out-posted Big John B (3-1) comprising the middle-markers. Seeming 20-1 outsiders Power Foot (0-for-DMR lawn), Wanstead Gardens (4/2-1-0 this course) and Class Leader have puncher's chances..

Most Likely: #6 The Pizza Man 5-1 WON ($4.20)

8th: Cal-MCLM/$50k, 2yo, 6f (Super Hi-5)

Nondescript bunch. Note that Kirkwood homebred (and well bred) Discreetlyhumorme fell in Cal-MSW debut at 5-2. Returns, drops and has worked A-OK for second try. Pork chop at 12-1?
