If they cant handle such things, perhaps catering isnt their forte.
What i want to know is why they cherrypicked this one sin out of so many. Do they balk at catering second marriages? What about serving a single, pregnant woman? What about a blasphemer? One who wears mixed fabrics? What if its on a sunday?
If its lent and friday and a known catholic comes in and orders pepperoni, do they refuse to serve him, thus helping him break a rule?
i doubt it...its just this one thing they fear eternal hellfire and damnation over...and im sure its just coincidence that now that everyone knows its just a matter of weeks before ssm is allowed all over, that some have come up with what they view as a cunning, albeit disingenuous plan to legally discriminate against a class.
I deal with the public every day, from every walk of life Do i like everyone thst comes in? No. Some use language and hold views i dont like.
But if you asked every person ive ever dealt with if i ever dealt with them in any way unkind, disespectful, or with anything other than warmth and civility, the universal response would be no.
