If 53 guys got caught, how many were there that didn't get caught? I highly doubt they catch more than 1%. If they catch 1%, that would mean that there were 5.300 cases. I was recently reading some comments from a former jockey who is now a trainer. He was riding in Kentucky in the last 10 years. He said that there were some jocks who all the other riders knew were carrying devices. Yet he said there were never any raids on the jockeys' room and there were never guys being frisked or anything like that. So how is anybody ever going to get caught? As I said before, I doubt they catch more than 1%.
