Let's be honest. We have cults here in the USA that endorse such and let's not forget to include MANBLA's position that 48 year old men should be able to teach sex to gay young boys.
Thankfully it's not 'our culture' and the women and boys 'victimized' here in the US have numerous resources including the law and general public on their side. Sadly the same thing can't be said for many places in the rest of the world.
I've always maintained that women will change the cultures that need changing because as experience has taught us the men are content maintaining the status quo.
