NBC Philadelphia reported that Suarez Medero, who rides under the name Angel Suarez, tried to break into a second-floor apartment in Bensalem, Pa., after the female resident, who was home at the time, caught him “touching himself inappropriately” on the balcony, according to police. Suarez Medero, a 21-year-old native of Puerto Rico, then broke through the sliding glass door in an attempt to get to the woman. Police said he took the woman’s dog and jumped out a second-floor window."
