this...is mind boggling.
'By 2005, the CIA had outsourced nearly all of its interrogation work to the two doctors, who by that time had formed a private contracting company called Mitchell, Jessen and Associates with at least five other people.
By 2006, the CIA had awarded them a contract in excess of $180 million. The contract was terminated in 2009, after the company had received about $81 million from the United States government.'

When you consider Obama just promised $3 billion to a new United Nations Green Climate Fund run by officials from Communist nations, a country that appears on the State Department’s list of terrorism-sponsors and an Arab oil-industry chief; the $81 million paid to Mitchell, Jessen and Associates represents just under 3% of the $3 billion in American taxpayer money and offers some perspective on how crazy the promise is.
Additionally I trust some, if not all of the $81 million paid to Mitchell, Jessen and Associates remained in the U.S. economy. Sadly, the same can't be said for the $3 billion promised again to officials from Communist nations, a country that appears on the State Department’s list of terrorism-sponsors and an Arab oil-industry chief.
We can just hope congress slaps the President's hand, like a parent does to a child grabbing candy at checkout and says no to this mind boggling promise.
