There are cats all around the Dallas Zoo grounds. The Zoo keepers all around the back side of the park feed them but if they are a nuisance, they try and catch them and find them a good home or take them home themsleves. What would you expect from people whose whole life is about caring for animals. The upper management at the Zoo has no issue with any of this.
