Sorry about your Texas issue, Casp. We have our own issues here in Virginia. Can't bet on thoroughbred racing unless we do it online. (Just as well... I just couldn't stand the "vibe" at the OTB. Colourful, friendly characters, but if I can't get a good glass of wine somewhere, I don't want to be there ;-) )

So... here's where we are: We signed up on XpressBet and have been using it without incident since March. Then, all of a sudden on Saturday, XpressBet BLOCKS the account. I called to ask why, and they said it was because our address was not showing up as a legit address on TransUnion. (Funny, it showed up as a legit account when we signed up, and has been legit through the thousands of dollars that we've waged on their site since March).

They asked that we e-mail a copy of driver's license showing the address. Mind you, we have lived in our home for 15 years. If they use TransUnion, then they KNOW the address is legit. Hubby refuses to e-mail a copy of his driver's license to some Internet site which already has his SSN, DOB, Bank info, etc., etc. So utterly ridiculous. We are now researching other TS accounts. (I suppose we'll save a few dollars as we search. Their loss)
