Think it's a no brainer for Pletcher to keep Competitive Edge at Saratoga. CE should get an easy lead with no pressure first 1/2 of race. Whether he can go the distance, who knows.

No works between races for the top three finishers. Some open gallops Monday and Tuesday. From all accounts they all came out of the Derby in great shape. Don't have much info on the other four...

I'm not a figure maker, but it looks like Kentuckian needed to break 1:20 to get a Beyer fig big enough to compete with top 3 year olds. Nonetheless a 97 is a good progression for him stretching out....
