Sun TB R3 - Forbidden Day

Tampa Bay - Race 3

#7 Forbidden Day - Draw a line through his off the turf try 2 weeks ago and look at the race two back on the lawn (3rd place finisher came back and won his next start). The gelding was clearly the best that day and his last race will guarantee some value here. I'm not crazy about the connections, but I expect him to handle this group. I'm taking the plunge. ML 5-1.

The weather seems fine in the Oldsmar area and the water is warm.

Good Racing Luck

your getting a great price, but i think a lot of people are overlooking the Darley Baby (#3) @ 4-1, either way im using your 7

Well, he got sandwiched coming out of the gate and made a decent move turning for home, but was empty down the stretch. OUCH

Left, I agree. It's usually goes - bad beginning, worse ending and this one fits the bill.

i expected a lot more when he made that move on the turn for home, thought for sure he was good for at least 2nd. #3 ran a good race even though he checked, that one's going in the stable mail (Gabriel's Hill)

GH will definitely be a major player at this level. By the way, Congrats on your terrific score yesterday.

It wasn't close. 5+ lengths

Correction: Chart says 3.5, seemed like more to me.

He got beat by 5, but was closing well into a pedestrian like pace. 52.08 and 117.98

Thanks.

2 6 8 with 2 5 with 1 4 9 with 3 4 = $36
