Anyone following this? Does anyone here care?

Best group of noms in a long time. It'll be interesting to see if the sentimental favorites are awarded (Silent Witness, Vengeance of Rain), or if the voters will detach themselves a bit.

dont know much about the awards, but like the racing. Silent Witness wasnt his great self this past year, but they've had some decent horses to fill the void!

Some really nice horses..... Best Gift, Bullish Luck, Super Kid, Russian Pearl.....

Remember the name Bulldozer..... he probably won't win here (Lucky Baby?) but honestly..... he digs in and runs his heart out every time. A very nice horse with soooo much potential.

Oh and Viva was known as Comic Strip in his early days..... I know he had a kind of small but dedicated following.

What do you think Viva Pataca will win?

He looked nice in the derby and his last effort. Could be horse of the year?

Could be but I wouldn't hold my breath. Personally I think Bullish Luck deserves it..... Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan... he's had another stellar year and has been 2nd banana to Witness for far too long. Will he win it? Good chance that honor goes to SW again or the still-recovering VOR.

I hope Best Gift and Super Kid are recognized too..... I'd like to se Russian Pearl win as well but am doubtful. He's injured but is said to be resting up and i should hope we'll see all these boys again on the big day at Sha Tin in December.:)
