Does anyone know when they have a recall in harness racing?

King Harness is here...few different reasons.

broken euipment, problems with starting gate, interference, horse comes out of position...

may be a couple more, but these are the ones I could think of off the top of my head.

Oh, thanks. I saw a couple over the weekend but they never explained why they had a recall.

I read that four drivers were arrested in the last couple days for fixing a race at Cal Expo last year. Rigged the trifecta, say the allegations.
