this story would be really funny, if it wasn't sad.

I rolled into B Dub's last night after work to have a beer with some friends.(wasnt driving:D ) I walk up to the bar and order my beer. This chick tending bar ask me for my ID.

"Sweetheart, I'm 34 years old. I haven't been carded for alcohol since Moby Dick was a minnow."

"Well, I don't know who that is, so it means nothing to me."

she comes back with the beer..

"Umm...do you really not know who Moby Dick is?"

"Isn't he like a famous writer?"

"Yeah hun, thats it...hes a famous author"

"I thought so..."

reminds me of when I was on vacation in our nations capital and some guy asked where I was from...I told him vermont...he said oh, what part of canada is that?

There is ZERO culture out here...backwoods, redneck hillbillys
