1.12.3 for 6 F.....why so slow??

Hooves

why is that time so incredibly slow?? I realize it's a maiden race for 4 year olds but is there a horrible head wind or some known imperfection with how times are taken there.....

And how do you "Return to the winners circle" if your a 4 year old maiden frst time starter ????

If I am reading correctly it's also the first sprint and Gulf Stream winner for the trainer.

Were you hammered when you wrote the thread title in?

cassie 01-12-2007 12:36 PM

thanks congrats hooves i used your 10 and bogeys 8 for late double didnt use 10 in pick 4 had the other three

The Bid 01-12-2007 12:40 PM

Green Line will run a big race today from the outside post. If he can get forwardly placed without too wide a trip he will win

Scav 01-12-2007 12:43 PM

1/12: Gulfstream Park

Race 8: #1 Better than Bonds (6/1 ML)

Box with Hesanoldsalt, win money on BB

Race 9: #4 Hostile Takeover and #9 Blazing Dynamo

Both are bred for the distance and the lawn. Violette is lethal in this kind of spot with Hostile Takeover. Play bottom pick three ticket and the late double 2x2...both horses in the last leg are decent ML's.....

6: 6
7: 1,7
8: 4,9

WooHoo.. Kim Graci and JJ nail the 2nd at a fat 19-1 with grizzled Irish Rogue.. Congrats to Kim on her first GP win.. JJ yanked Maragh off this 9 yo in favor of Jara who did an aces job.

Is that really the 21ST win for irish rougue and stills pays $40?

Kim actually has 7 other wins but it is her first at Gulfstream right...

The Bid 01-12-2007 01:09 PM

KA ,the horse was screaming for run when they turned for home. Of course cool Jara just waited until the spot opened instead of trying to force the issue. He knew he was loaded, love him as a rider.

Rajiv gets that horse beat in that spot, he would have probably clipped heels and went down.

Other wins were at Calder.. Irish Rogue was fighting a puss pocket in a hoof last time out. Had missed time between starts. Is the definition of a 'war horse'...

LOL... That was JJ's thought. He was really annoyed with Maragh the other day on Cutie's Cloud. Immediately yanked him off Rogue and reached out for Jara. And you see the result!

Bogey 01-12-2007 01:22 PM

Congrats to JJ and Kim. Jara is fearless.

PK4 ticket.

Starting in race 6 - 2 3 8 9 with 1 3 9 with 3 7 with 2 10 = $48 play

Good Racing Luck
