LOL! I feel the same way Da Hoss. Dont really care for either one but it seems Rosie has a thing for starting trouble. Trump's comments were funny but the again so were hers. The whole thing cracks me up.

from what i heard on the radio, rosie gave the donald a real hard time from her new soapbox. questioned what right he had to be a 'moral authority' regarding the girl, completely ignoring the fact that he owns the whole miss u.s.a. deal, and it's his right to fire his employee. hilarious to me that she went off like she did, of course had he dumped her, he'd have been wrong then too. then she threw in some donald trump/bankruptcy comments, and he's talking suit now since that's libel or slander.

he then said on entertainment tonite that she's a disgusting person, inside and out. said she's a slob, talks like a truck driver, that she's a loser and he may sue as he would find a lot of fun in taking money out of her fat pockets.

radio hosts having a ball with all this.

i'm no trump fan, but i can't stand rosie o'donnell. i find her to be loud, obnoxious, and out of control. she should have her own one hour rant, as any supposed guest never seems able to get a word in edgewise....but then, i think the view is a pathetic excuse for programming....funny now looking back on all that, it would appear i watch all that garbage. but got all that info on todays talk radio--and of course bob and tom had a blast with it all this am as well.

the libel is her stating about him going thru bankruptcy, which is false. saying someone has bad hair, which he does, is her opinion. certainly can't sue her for stating a fact.

The Donald may have gone thru determining if he should file for bankruptcy, but he never filed. So maybe she can use that to get off. Because she did not say he filed for bankrupcy(as he claims), so she claims she meant when he was determining if he should file, instead of he went bankrupt(like she really said but did not mean).

When I read back on my post above I realize... that I am damn confusing.

I hate to parse here but......going through Bankruptcy proceedings is not being bankrupt(BROKE) The subsequent accusation that all those people lost money,or that he ripped off some people is certainly actionable from the Donalds' perspective! I hope he hammers her...she is a stone cold bully!
